Machine Gun Kelly

MachineColson Baker(born April 22nd, 1990) is professionally known as Machine Gun Kelly (MGK) is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and actor. He is renowned for his duality of genres that span hip hop.Machine Gun Kelly released four mixtapes from 2007 and 2010 prior to signing to Bad Boy Records. His debut album entitled Lace Up (2012 which peaked at 4th place on the US Billboard 200), included his smash single "Wild Boy" featuring Waka Flocka Flam. His second and third albums, General Admission (2015) and Bloom (2017), achieved similarly successful commercial success. The latter also contained the hit song "Bad Things" (with Camila Cabello) that peaked at the top of the charts, #4 on the Billboard Hot 100. The album he released in his fourth, Hotel Diablo, was rap rock. In 2020, Machine Gun Kelly's fifth album, Tickets to My Downfall (2020) came out. It was a departure from hip-hop and a move into pop punk. It was a top-ranked album on Billboard 200 and was the only rock album that reached that position. The track "My Ex's Best Friend" was also able to climb to the top 20 of the Hot 100. The album's sequel, Mainstream Sellout (1922) was a commercial success.
