Aura Garrido Sanchez is a Spanish actor and actress on television. Her roles included films such as Stockholm and the television show El Ministerio Del Tiempo. Garrido was born in Madrid in 1989. Tomas Garrido has been a composer for more than 30 years and is also a conductor for orchestras. Pilar sanchez, Garrido's mother, is both a painter and musician. When she was just four years old, she started her first piano lessons and began to practice ballet. As a child, she was blessed with an English-speaking friend. After ending her high school studies and enrolment at the Real Escuela Superior DE Arte Dramatico which is located situated in Madrid, she took interpretation up to her third year, specializing in the interpretation of texts, however she dropped out in 2010 because she was cast for the film Planes para manana. Her role in this film brought her a Silver Biznaga and nominations for Goya Awards, including the top actress of the year.
